  • All product prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gold, silver, and diamond market rates.

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, weight, purity, and pricing; however, minor variations may occur.

3. Purity & Certification

  • Gold jewellery is hallmarked as per applicable standards.

  • Diamonds are sold with certification (where applicable).

  • Customers are encouraged to verify product specifications before purchase.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment or agreed advance payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Custom Orders

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Advance payments for custom jewellery are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Diva Fine Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
